What boycott? Just ask any travel industry agency, lots of US citizens
are booking vacations in Aruba. If there were one with more effect, I
fail to see how punishing innocent Arubanettes who make a living from
tourism would have any impact on the elite person involved...who is
currently attending school in Holland.

It's unfortunate what's happened, but without a body there isn't a whole
lot that can be done legally. There is no absolute forensic proof that
Natalee is dead. For all we know she could have crashed out on
someone's fishing boat helmed by "Cap'n Ron" that set sail for Cuba,
Haiti or the Amazon. If so why hasn't anyone heard from her? Maybe she
doesn't want to be heard from. Maybe Natalee got tired of being the
perfect American Cheerleader. Could be she likes it just fine with
"Cap'n Ron" sailing the Caribbean. Since we don't know all that's left
is speculation. While it smacks of a Jimmy Buffett inspired Parrothead
fantasy, my musings are just as likely as anyone else's. It could have
happened that way, and if it did there's no reason to be boycotting Aruba.
