First you fly to Athens and then you can take a bus or go with a tour
group from there to Meteroa. The monastaries are amazing. I just made
the trip myself last spring and stayed in the town of Kalabaka.just
below the monastaries (spring, summer, fall, are good times to go), I
used a great travel agent named Mina at Travelive who specializes in
Greece. Their web site is www.travelive.com.
