Rarely does snow fall in NYC so heavily that it shuts down the city. If
I were you, I wouldn't worry about it. Just check http://www.weather.com
a few days prior to your trip to see how the weather in NYC is. Suffice
it to say that you should dress warm if you plan to be outdoors much.
