Negative. It's 45 min via SR89A at the speed limit. I never time it along
I-17 but assume it'd be longer than taking the switchbacks due to the
greatly added distance. But in your defense, I'm stating driving time--for a
first-time visitor stopping at the Overlook, Slide Rock SP, the Midgely
Bridge, etc., it would be longer than 45 minutes along the scenic SR89A.
