theft is rare where *you* live, perhaps.
in europe it's everything but rare and in italy it's a national shame.
the funny thing is that after thieves have been *filmed* by
surveillance cameras, they haven't even been jailed for stealing and
they have been readmitted at their working places. then we know *for
sure* that those thieves are still dealing with our luggage.
and, after this, i read a rant about the fact you should put almost
everything in your luggage? no, i'm sorry: *he*'s going to have his
things stolen.
