No, not really. The stadium was "remodeled" between 1973 and 75. This
involved destroying 90% of the original stadium and defacto building a
new one on fhe same site. The stadium of today is nothing like the
original at all.

The Yankees have one. Remember that Yankee Stadium is in a crime
ridden zone. The cops create as safe "bubble" around the stadium
during games, but if you go there during the rest of the year, you are
on your own.
