create as safe "bubble" around the stadium during games, but if you go
there during the rest of the year, you are on your own."

The area isn't horrible, and the trains stop right at the stadium. At
any time of year, it's safe to go there during daytime and take a tour.

I wouldn't wander the streets around the stadium aimlessly late at
night, but during Yankee games and for stadium tours there's really no
problem.
