I used to find this typical scenario..... pullover a piece of junk for some
aggressive driving nonsense. The vehicle has safety issues, plates are expired
and/or switched, no insurance, driver is unlicensed or under suspension. A
look at the driver's record would usually indicate not only a bunch of
convictions for rules of the road violation but often had a bunch of attitude
adjustment charges on in addition.
