Wheeling is a beautiful little town!
There are a lot of "shotgun" houses (called this because you could shoot a
gun from the front door straight through to the back door).
Some great civil war history.

In the Phoenix area there are water parks, museums, botanical gardens, but
for the entire family, I would recommend either Rawhide or Rockin R Ranch
for dinner. They host live shows along with their wonderful meals.
