After arriving at the airport two hours early for check-in and security,
plus the inevitable delay before actual takeoff, plus flight time...flying
would be no faster than taking the train. Buses do get hung up at the border
for customs and immigration ("Everybody off of the bus, with all of your
luggage including carryons...no exceptions!! Walk in that door and get in
line.")
