Here are the places he asked about ...
"Mexican Hat/Kayenta (Monument Valley Area)" ... name the organic
restaurants in those towns (good luck).
"North Rim Area (Jacobs Lake etc)" ... name the organic restaurants in
JL and the north rim ... good luck.
"Page (Arizona)" ... might find something that fits the tab there ...
"Any town on route Page-Kanab-StGeorge-Las Vegas" ... maybe one in
Kanab or St. George.
"Springdale/Mr Carmel Junction (Utah) area" ... probably a couple in
Springdale, nothing at Mt. Carmel ...
"Panguitch/Bryce area" ... yeah, right ... Panguitch, organic
restaurant capital of central Utah ...

Yeah, I know Moab has the micro-breweries and fancy cafes ... that's
why I wrote "between Moab and Flagstaff", not "including" Moab or Flag.
