Sugar is not produced nearly as much in Hawaii as it was in the past. I
think all the sugar mills on Oahu have been closed down, though there might
be one on Maui that still operates. I don't think there are any on Kauai
any more either. Hawaii is very anti-business and the legislature very
cliquish and clannish and doesn't want just anyone to get rich, they only
want the good-old-boys club and party apparatchiks to get rich. ;-) KM
