Agreed, however isn't it still UNDER $3 U.S.$ in much of the U.S.? Surely,
in Alberta, with the LOWEST provincial fuel tax in Canada, we shouldn't HAVE
to pay more than the AVERAGE U.S. price? If there were any justice, that is.
