Visas are normally for a maximum of 10 years.

What this means is that you can apply for admission as many times as
you like until the visa expires. It doesn't mean that a single visit
can last 10 years or anything like it.

Normally you'd get admitted for 90 days. However, before that period is
up you can apply for an extension, provided you can show that you are
still a tourist and have funds to support yourself. How many times you
can repeat this without going home is doubtful - depends on the
discretion of the immigration service.
