Most airlines don't book or price seats more than 330 days in advance.
Hence seats for February 2008 won't be searchable or bookable until April.

I am not sure if that is by regulation or by airline. I found this out
trying to cash in frequent flier miles on United to vacation in Hawaii.
Everyone wants those seats (especially during spring break). A hot
destination in combination with peak dates mean you had better be on the
phone or online at midnight 330 days before the date you want to go. The FF
seats are usually gone by 12:05 AM.
