I live in New Jersey and we have traffic and mobs of people. Depending
where you live in NJ it can be very expensive too. I guess if you moved
to an island off Alaska you might find a place without traffic, mobs of
people or expensive...no wait everything in Alaska is expensive because
it has to be shipped in from the lower 48.
I don't deny your right to live wherever you choose. But maybe you're
just having some kind of emotional crisis or time of life crisis. If you
get settled someplace else and still feel like you're "fleeing for your
life", it may just be a symptom of an underlaying emotional problem. It
certainly wouldn't hurt to go in for an emotional checkup with your
friendly neighborhood therapist.
Have a good life.
