I've had some very low prices at times, always honoured, via
hotwire, expedia, priceline, hotel.de and others. It
depends on whether it is a reputable booking agency and a
reputable hotel.

On a couple of occasions I confirmed with an email direct to
the hotel to confirm the booking at that price and asking
what the cost of extras, such as parking or breakfast, will
be.
