What happen with Travelocity? Posted on: Thu, 22 Feb 2007 20:19:05 +0000 (UTC)

hi,

According to about 20 threads I read on usernet, many of them were
fond of Travelocity. Because of this we had just bought (and paid) for
a trip to Honolulu. The flight (Continental Airlines) is coming from
Copenhagen with transfer at Newark Liberty International Airport
(EWR).

My question to Travelocity was (after I closely look at the
timetable): "our very big concern is that we only have 1h and 35
minutes at EWR to check out (with all the luggages) and then check in
again to the domestic fly to Honolulu, do you think we can made
it...please advice/help"

I need to write to them twice (after 2 days) before they answered my
email, and the bad news is that they "don't" answer my question.

I wrote to them again for the third time, and they repeated themself
with this sentence
"Please be assured that the connecting time at EWR for your flight to
Honolulu, is enough for the checkout."

Of course we will be "in a hurry" at EWR, but do we have enough time
to re-check?

Is this this kind of help/service travelocity offers its customers??

Does anyone of you have the experience that we can made the transfer
at Newyork less than 1h and 35min? Any help are appericiated.

Kind Regards,
Tuan
