I can't argue with the "personally" part, but after seeing a lot
of dismissive comments on this part of the canyon, I have to say
that when we stayed a few days at the canyon bottom (Phantom Ranch),
the backcountry rangers there spoke glowingly of the Havasupai
portion of the canyon. I haven't made it there yet myself, but I
will.
