SEAL PIE
=========
2 lb. seal meat (fresh or bottled)
1 medium onion
2 cups carrots (diced)
2 cups turnip
3 cups potatoes
1/2 cup rice
Cook meat for approximately 1 hour. Add turnip and carrots. Cook 1/2
hour longer. Add potatoes and rice. Cook until tender. Cover with pie
crust and bake 1/2 hour (in 400 degree oven) until brown.
