Toddlin' - Named after a 1930s actress of film and theater, Thelma
Todd. She was sort of the Anna Nicole Smith of her era. In addition to
Mexico, her Hollywood mansion, her restaurant, Thelma liked to party in
Chicago. Thelma Todd had a way of .y walking that she would really
emphasize in Chicago. In the know people tried their best to imitate her
walk. It eventually became a dance craze, Toddlin'.
A bedtime beverage is also named after Thelma Todd -- "The Hot Toddy".
