He had a trainee who was not certified but could have worked in a
emergency. Otherwise, the system worked as it's supposed to, he
notified tracon to put things on hold and went to the bathroom. Sure it
would be nice to have multiple fully certified controllers in a tower
7/24 but that's not likely to happen for funding reasons. |
