There is 'Top of the Sixes' at 666 5th Ave, with a great view north over
Central Park. It's not that tall of a building, maybe 40 stories, but it's
a pretty neat and friendly place.

There's a bar higher up in Rockefeller Center, The Rainbow .
They have some cafe food there.

Since the wtc came down, I think that's your best bet, or the aforementioned
Marriott. For whatever reason, NY doesn't have much of an inclination
toward elevated dining.

This just in! Forget Top of the Sixes unless you like cigars. Just last
Dec it became the Havana Club, a cigar bar. That makes the Marriott your
best bet for dinner.
