Probably the one near Bonneville Dam. Both the dam and the hatchery
(home of Herman the Sturgeon and several fish of smaller but
impressive siize) are worth seeing if you're interested in fish and
related aspects of the natural world, colossal works of man, or
both. Of course the fish action in both places depends on the
season (I think the salmon run would typically be in late September or
thereabouts). See for instance

There are day-trip bus tours out of Portland for those who can't or
don't want to drive.
