I've stayed there a few times. If I might ask : why are you going to
Vegas? Where will you be most of the time ? The reason I ask: the
Orleans is about a $20+tip cab ride from some of the strip hotels, so if
you going back and forth a few times a day - the cabfare adds up. If
you're gonna hang out in the area and play slots - it's fine. They do
have shuttles to/from their other properties - but only every 30/60
minutes. BECAUSE of that , often times there are NOT many cabs lining up
there. A lot of Boyd's customers stay there because it's cheap and will
wait for the shuttles. So sometimes at their properties you have to
call/wait for a cab.
