Sure: also here, luckily, normal prices are far cheaper!
Only high priced restaurants have dishes for $30 (EUR 22), but on
special events (once sometime) is still affordable....

:-( :-(.
Also here wine cost (but also wine quality) raised in the last years,
but we drink wine often at meal, here is a normal beverage, so prices
are lower than there.
A bottle of good wine normally costs between 8 and 16 euros (10-20$) on
normal restaurants.
There I've seen more often the offer of wine glasses than bottles.
Here normally we take a bottle of wine for 3 people.
Sometime also for 2 peoples (is just a bit too much, if we finish it all
:-)).

You (are you from US?) have many more beverages than here...
Is very difficult from us to choose right beverages on non-alcoholic
restaurants.
Many U.S. beverages have too much gas: normally I choose iced tea or
orange juice, if present...
....Or just tap iced water :-)
(here no restaurant serves tap water, only mineral water, that happily
is very cheap)
On U.S. alcoholic restaurants I prefer a glass of beer (wine normally
there is too high in price to drink everyday).
