My father bought his first car in 1962, when he was 18. It was a 1952
Chevy. He mounted a keg in the trunk, ran copper line from there to the
interior, and had a tap serving draught right from the dashboard.
Attitudes towards drinking and driving were different back then, I guess.

If the OP could do something like that, he might be able to get away with
declaring the keg and its contents as "part of the vehicle", and thus
exempt from any duties. Or maybe not. :)
