You've missed the attitude of the OP, which, essentially, is "Tell me I
can get a keg across the border so I don't have to pay exorbitant (!)
Canadian prices, and don't bother me with negative stuff."

The guy's a monomaniac. Don't ask me (or anyone else, including him) why.
