A postscript:

We went to the Mossewood for dinner on Friday night. My wife had
salmon, I had the spinach lasagne. Both were very good. But the
appetizers we ordered were the real highlights. The tomato-garlic
soup had us checking for the recipe in the cookbooks. Likewise for the
white bean spread.

We're not vegetarians, by the way. (or rabbits)
