I didn't mean to suggest that fuel costs were the ONLY determining factor
for the price of flying. Even so, city, county, state, and provincial taxes
may very well make refueling at certain airports much more expensive than at
other airports, so naturally planes that have to refuel in those airports
will adjust their ticket prices accordingly. An no, not all airlines pay
the same amount for fuel if they have contracts where prices vary. KM
