We've done several Lexus LX-4xx models from Hertz, though not in LA. In two
instances, the GPS was included at no "extra" fee, but I am a Hertz Gold Club
member, so maybe that was part of it. I will admit that the rental charge was
high enough that GPS, plus a few meals WITH wine should have been included.
