Serban, you can buy a car here, but you won't be able to get license
plates unless you have a permanent U.S. address. And insurance would
probably be difficult to obtain also since you don't have a U.S.
address and also because any insurance company would want to check
your driving record and there wouldn't be one since you haven't driven
in the U.S. previously.
