For San Francisco, call Super Shuttle and find out their start time (I
think that they're 24 hour). None of the San Francisco hotels provide
their own shuttles, other than the high cost limousines.

The problem with Super Shuttle is that if you tell them that your flight
is at 6 am, they'll want to pick you up around 3:00 am.. A taxi could
get you to the airport in 20 minutes at that hour.
BART's first weekday train gets to the airport at 5:15 am. If your
flight is around 6:15 am, this would work okay, but 6:00 am is cutting
it close. |
