Subject: Cell Phone in S. Cal. Posted on: Tue, 20 Oct 2009 16:44:18 -0700

We recently stayed in San Ysidro, California. I used my cell phone
once while we were in the RV Park. I just received my bill and it
seems my phone hooked into a Tuajuana cell system so they charged
me $1.98 for the international call.

AT&T reversed the charges. Be aware of what system you lock into.
