Hello all,
I've been reading the requirements for natualization for quite some
time, in particular the "90 days early" rule. There seems to be strong
concensus in these newsgroups that one may apply for naturalization 90
days before the required 5 years of permanent residence (or 3 years of
permanent residence while married to and living with a U.S. citizen).
That may not be a correct interpretation, however.
