Hi,
My company will send me back to my home country to continue work for
them after my H1B visa expires.
I'll be still be their employee and get paid from local office.

I'm planning to come back once every quarter.
What kind of visa do I have to use to enter the US?
Is it easy to get?

What if I'm waiting for 2B family sponsored green card process?
Will this be an issue when applying at local consulate?
