Hi, I am currently seeking employment with a US-based company. I am a
Canadian citizen btw.

I am aware that the 2005 H1B visa allocation has run out and a prospective
employer should apply for this post April 2005, and -- if accepted -- I can
legally work in US on H1B starting in October 2005.

However, I understand there is a possibility for TN (NAFTA) visa. What I
would like to know is:

(1) what are the differenc
